Promoting Gender Equality in Academia:
- Advocate for the inclusion of feminist approaches and gender equality as a core subject in international relations curricula.
- Encourage and facilitate collaborative academic research on the intersectionality of security, disaster, development, and gender.
- Promote research, studies, and publications that contribute to the understanding and advancement of gender-related issues in our focus areas.
- Organize academic events, conferences, and workshops that challenge existing gender norms and promote inclusive practices.
- Organize schools and educational programs dedicated to challenge mainstream approaches in the discipline of International Relations.
- Actively participate in academic events, ensuring diverse gender representation and contributing to discussions on gender-related challenges and solutions.
- Conduct academic and policy-relevant research on by using the Feminist Foreign Policy, CEDAW General Resolution No 37, UN Resolution 1325, and other gender-inclusive frameworks.

- Advocate for decent working conditions in academic and professional environments, aligned with the International Labour Organization (ILO). Convention No. 190, recognizing the right to a world of work free from violence and harassment, including gender-based violence and harassment.
- Work towards eliminating gender-based discrimination within academic institutions through awareness campaigns and policy advocacy.
- Strive for gender equality within academia by encouraging fair representation of diverse genders in decision-making roles.
- Advocate for policies that prevent and address all forms of discrimination, specifically gender-based discrimination, within academic and professional spheres.
